How we Work

We work closely with our clients to thoroughly understand their business, competitive landscape and position requirements. If needed, we can help define the job profile, search parameters and target list of the candidate you are searching for. Once the position profile and search strategy is in place, we draw upon all our resources to research, identify, qualify and deliver suitable candidates.

Cesab is committed to the initial screening, interviewing, candidate profile, and documentation of candidates that match the search criteria. We facilitate the interview process by helping to set up phone, video, and physical interviews with presented candidates as well as assist in reference checking at the client’s request. Cesab stays dedicated to the search until a solution has been found.

Most of our technology searches are conducted on a direct hire contingency (success fee) basis, where the client is only financially obligated once a candidate has been hired. Cesab backs all recruitments with a placement guarantee.
